Valentine’s Day 2016 Series: Cornbread Hearts

Here’s aΒ neat idea for you- heart shaped cornbread muffins! Are you planning on making a big batch of your favorite soup to warm you up during this very chilly holiday weekend? Jalapeno Cheddar Focaccia Bread

When I posted my Mexi-Stuffed Peppers a couple of weeks ago, I found a jalapeno cheddar focaccia bread at the grocery store that made me very happy and I vowed to find a recipe for it and make my own. Honey Wheat Bread

I have a confession to make: I love carbs. Bread, pasta, rice – I love it all! You will never see me turn down a basket of bread sticks or a big bowl of noodles. I believe one of the most wonderful smells in the whole world is of freshly baked bread!

Mr. C usually takes a ham sandwich for his lunch when he leaves for work and is particularly fond of Honey Wheat Bread, but the brand he likes can run around $3 a loaf at the grocery store. In my opinion, that is too much to spend on bread! So I found a fantastic and easy recipe as an alternative. It is safe to say that this bread beats store bought bread by a mile! Oatmeal Banana Bread

Banana Bread has always been a wonderful comfort food to me. I have tried many different banana bread recipes over the years and none but this one have been impressive. A few months ago I had a container of oatmeal that I just didn’t know what to do with until I found this recipe for Oatmeal Banana Bread.
